Use Ash Job Scanner Pro responsibly

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

This page is a product policy summary and contract notice for the app. It is not legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and you should consult qualified counsel for legal questions.

Use of the service

  • Ash Job Scanner Pro provides job search, job scoring, resume, outreach, extension, import, and application tracking tools for personal career management.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the jobs, resumes, notes, contacts, and other content you submit.
  • You may not use the service to scrape unlawfully, spam employers, impersonate another person, bypass third-party access controls, upload malicious code, or violate employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, or platform rules.
  • Job scores, warning labels, company intelligence, and AI-assisted summaries are decision-support signals only. They are not legal, financial, immigration, employment, or career advice.

Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login method secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including imports, saved jobs, extension connections, public resume links, partner credentials, and billing actions.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the service, other users, employers, partners, or third-party systems.

User content and permissions

  • You retain ownership of resumes, profile details, notes, saved jobs, application records, feedback, and other content you submit.
  • You grant Ash Job Scanner Pro permission to host, process, analyze, transform, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, provide requested features, improve reliability, secure the product, and support you.
  • If you publish or share a public resume link, gated profile, extension export, or partner-facing workflow, you are responsible for choosing the visibility level and confirming that the shared content is appropriate.

Third-party services and job data

  • The service may link to or interact with job boards, applicant tracking systems, employer sites, maps, payment processors, browser extensions, AI providers, and other third-party services.
  • Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, hiring decisions, application outcomes, or data handling.
  • Job listings may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, closed, inaccurate, or misleading. You should verify important details directly with the employer or official application source.

AI, scoring, and automation

  • Automated analysis may produce errors, omissions, stale conclusions, or false positives. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
  • You must not use AI-generated content to misrepresent your qualifications, fabricate work history, evade hiring rules, or submit dishonest applications.
  • Bulk actions, direct apply workflows, outreach drafts, and extension automation must be used in a lawful and respectful manner.

Billing, plans, and changes

  • Paid features, plan limits, usage allowances, trial terms, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewal timing may be described at checkout or in the billing area.
  • We may change or discontinue features, plans, prices, limits, or integrations. Material changes will be handled in a commercially reasonable way.
  • You authorize our payment processor to handle payment details and related billing events. We do not store full payment card numbers in the application database.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, hiring success, employer response, or suitability for a specific purpose.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ash Job Scanner Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or employment outcomes.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of these terms may not apply to you.

Termination and updates

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates risk.
  • We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, unless additional consent is legally required.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
